Are the shoes really made of chocolate? Why?
Why is the monastery taking so long to build–more than 100 years??? Do they work on it regularly? Is it being used at all now?
I see the bites on toothpicks–they are a good size.

Yep, the shoes are made of chocolate. Chocolate is really big here – there are tons of chocolate shops and stands with elaborate treats. No complaints from me!
The church has been turned into a historic site so I don’t think it will ever be used. Apparantly, when people started building a church of that magnitude they knew they would never see it finished in their lifetime. I’m not sure why the delay now. I’m hopefully going to go inside tomorrow and will find out more.
